Manchester Thunder will begin their 2017 Superleague season with an away trip to Loughborough Lightning.
The Black and Yellows will then head to Birmingham’s Genting Arena to play in the Super 10 Day in the second round, which replaces last season’s Super Saturday at the same venue. The Emma Dovey-led team will take to the court in the West Midlands to face defending champions Surrey Storm.Two home games then follow against new side Scottish Sirens and Welsh outfit Celtic Dragons. April is set to be a busy month, with Thunder involved in six matches, including a trip to Bath and Scotland. May is likely to be a key period in the season, with Thunder playing new franchises Wasps at home and Severn Stars away. Thunder then finish the regular season with two home games against Team Bath and Stars.The play-offs will take place on the same weekend, with the semi finals on June 10 and the grand final on June 11.
