Event Timelines
Having effective footwork for both attacking and defensive aspects of a centre court player is key. We will start with this and connect into both attacking and defensive aspects of centre court, from efficiency whilst attacking first and second phase of attack to how with the new rule adaptations we can successfully defend a centre pass.
A packed masterclass where we will look to hone key components of defence. We will cover defensive footwork, recovery, intercepting the ball – focusing on defensive lines + timing and dictating/ restricting your opponent. A fantastic session if you are looking to improve your defensive game.
A consistent solid shooting technique is a must for any shooter, and we will look to help develop and hone your technique. Being able to play a holding game and rotating circle is becoming key in any aspiring shooter. We will look at angles, shutting down the circle and linking with your shooting partner to cause chaos for your opposition.
